Welcome to Haircut Academy. By purchasing our courses or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Bookings and Cancellations
All beauty and aesthetic service bookings require prior notice for any changes or cancellations. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit, which is non-refundable.
2. Course Purchases
All courses provided by Haircut Academy are digital and consist of downloadable learning materials. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course content, including resources required to complete your training.
After completing your study, you may take the online exam using your unique reference ID. Upon successfully passing the exam, you will be able to download your certificate.
3. Refund Policy
All course purchases are non-refundable. Once a course has been purchased, access to our educational materials is granted immediately, and therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Access and Email Responsibility
After purchasing a course, you will receive an email containing your reference ID, access link, and password for downloadable materials. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or inaccessible email addresses.
5. Payment Method
All payments are made via bank transfer. Payment details will be sent to your email after placing your order. Once payment is completed, you must send proof of payment via email or WhatsApp. Your course will be activated within one hour or less.
After activation, you will receive a confirmation email allowing you to proceed with your course.
6. Personal Information
You must provide accurate personal details, including your full name, contact number, and postal address. Certificates will be issued strictly based on the information provided at the time of registration, and cannot be changed after issuance.
7. Exam and Certification Policy
Once you have successfully passed the exam, your reference ID cannot be reused to retake the test. If you require a new certificate, you must purchase the course again.
If you wish to receive a printed (hard copy) certificate, you may request this by contacting us. A fee of £35 plus postage will apply.
8. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All course materials are the intellectual property of Haircut Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, reproducing, or reselling any course content.
Any unauthorised use of our materials, including publishing them on websites or sharing with third parties, will result in legal action being taken to recover damages.

By purchasing a course or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
