Welcome to Haircut Academy. By purchasing our courses or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Bookings and Cancellations
All beauty and aesthetic service bookings require prior notice for any changes or cancellations. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit, which is non-refundable.
You are required to attend your appointment at the exact date and time booked. The full address and appointment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the specified location. Failure to attend your appointment at the scheduled time may result in the loss of your booking and deposit.
Haircut Academy is committed to delivering only the service that has been booked and confirmed. All prices are based strictly on the selected service at the time of booking.
If you wish to receive additional services, you may discuss this with our staff on the day of your appointment. Any extra services will only be carried out if sufficient time is available.
Please note that service prices may vary depending on the type, complexity, and specific requirements of the treatment requested. Therefore, final pricing for additional services may differ from the prices listed on the website.
2. Course Purchases
All courses provided by Haircut Academy are delivered in digital format and include downloadable learning materials. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course content and resources required to complete your training.
Courses are offered in two formats:
• Theory-only courses
• Theory + Practical training courses
After completing your study, you may take the online exam using your unique reference ID. Upon successfully passing the exam, you will be eligible to receive your certificate.
3. Practical Training Policy
If you have purchased a course that includes practical (in-person) training, you must first complete and pass the theory exam before proceeding to the practical stage.
After passing the theory exam, it is your responsibility to contact us to book your practical training session. A suitable date and time will be arranged based on availability.
You must book and attend your practical training within one (1) month of completing your theory exam.
Failure to book or attend your practical session within this time frame will result in the expiration of your course. In such cases, Haircut Academy holds no obligation to provide the practical training, and you will be required to purchase the course again.
All practical training sessions are conducted in person at our training location and must be booked in advance.
4. Refund Policy
All course purchases are non-refundable. Once a course has been purchased, access to educational materials is granted immediately, and therefore no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Access and Email Responsibility
After purchasing a course, you will receive an email containing your reference ID, access link, and password for downloadable materials.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and accessible. If you do not receive your email in your inbox, you must check your spam/junk folder.
Haircut Academy is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect email addresses or failure to check spam folders.
6. Payment Method
All payments are made via bank transfer. Payment details will be sent to your email after placing your order. Once payment is completed, you must send proof of payment via email or WhatsApp.
Your course will be activated within one hour or less after payment confirmation. You will then receive a confirmation email allowing you to proceed with your course.
7. Personal Information
You must provide accurate personal details, including your full name, contact number, and postal address. Certificates will be issued strictly based on the information provided at the time of registration and cannot be changed after issuance.
8. Exam and Certification Policy
Once you have successfully passed the exam, your reference ID cannot be reused to retake the test. If you require a new certificate, you must purchase the course again.
If you wish to receive a printed (hard copy) certificate, you may request this by contacting us. A fee of £35 plus postage will apply.
9. Aesthetic Courses Accreditation
All aesthetic courses are delivered under the standards and accreditation of RASHA AESTHETIC. Certifications for these courses are issued under this brand, and course materials and references are based on their professional framework.
All other courses offered by Haircut Academy are independently developed and delivered as proprietary training programs.
10. Intellectual Property and Copyright
All course materials are the intellectual property of Haircut Academy and are protected by copyright laws. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, reproducing, or reselling any course content.
Any unauthorised use of our materials, including publishing them on websites or sharing with third parties, will result in legal action being taken to recover damages.

By purchasing a course or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
